These terms cover your use of bargainbrothers.shop, which is run by Bargain Brothers ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. They're about the website. Purchases happen in our stores, where store policies posted at the register apply.

What the site is for

The site shares our bin pricing schedule, hours, and store locations. You're welcome to use it for that, and to share links to it. Please don't scrape it, overload it, try to break it, or reuse our logo and branding as if they were yours.

Prices, hours, and availability

The daily prices and hours shown are our regular schedule and we work to keep them accurate. They aren't a guarantee. Prices, hours, and the day we restock can change, and any store may close for a holiday, weather, or other reasons without notice here. Prices on this site are cash discount prices; card prices are posted at the register. The price that applies is the one posted in the store on the day you shop. Items in the bins are sold as they come, and what's available varies by store and by day. As posted in every store, all sales are final, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. The "open now" and "closed" status

The status shown on the site is calculated from our regular weekly schedule and the current time in Arkansas. It's a convenience, not a live feed from the stores. If it matters to your trip, call ahead at 501-644-4757.

Links and embedded content

The site links to Google Maps and Facebook and embeds a video from Vimeo and a map from OpenStreetMap. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information. See our Privacy Policy for what they may receive when you use them.

Our content

The text, design, logo, and images on this site belong to Bargain Brothers or are used with permission. You can view them and share links to the site. Copying the site or its branding for another business isn't allowed.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from relying on information on the site, including a wasted trip because a store's hours or prices changed.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
